ATOMIC ART TATTOO STUDIO Atomic Art Studio was founded in December 1993 by London Bellman. Originally located in the Palace Gallery -- a warehouse converted into alternative artist space and music rehearsal space -- the shop moved to the Gadsby Building in 1995, two blocks west in Portland’s Pearl District. Also in 1995, Jason Bradbury joined Atomic at the new location. After the Pearl District began to lose its artistic charm in 1999, London decided to set down roots and purchased a permanent home for the shop across the river in North Portland. Joanne Slorach was added to the mix of artists in 2003 and Roll Hardy joined the crew in 2005. These four artists offer a variety of styles and personalities for each client’s needs. Atomic’s talent focuses on custom work, or if you prefer, your own design can be replicated.
